The costs for all of the tools involved are impacted by a lot of variables that we can't understand until we have had time to test the role play - AI complexity, roleplay length, roleplay context, frequency of use, etc.
30 days is more than enough time for us to build the tool and for you to get feedback from your team and clients to see how they respond to it. Some clients might just need a week to make the assessment whether or not it's right for them.
The tools are built up on generative AI, but once the tools are developed, they do not utilize ML or generative AI because the roleplays need to maintain a level of consistency
Implementation costs depend on the number of factors, number of modules, number of customizations, and complexity. Costs typically range from $750 - $2,000.
Onboarding takes about 5 - 10 minutes involving a form submission. After we receive the payment and submission we may reach out for more clarification and you'll receive a link to your custom roleplay within 5 - 7 business days.
